Welcome to Coral Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., the Master Association for one of Coral Springs' most desirable and family-friendly communities. Established in 1989, Coral Creek is a thoughtfully planned neighborhood located on the northwest side of Coral Springs, Florida, bordered by Coconut Creek to the west and Parkland to the north.

Our community is comprised of five unique sub-associations - The Arbors, Waterside, Windsor Bay, Grand Reserve, and Parkwood - each offering its own distinct character and charm while sharing the same commitment to quality, safety, and community pride. Within Coral Creek, you'll also find the Ladybird Academy of Coral Springs, a trusted early-learning center that provides outstanding childcare and educational programs for local families.

As the Master Association, Coral Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. works in collaboration with the five sub-associations to maintain shared spaces, coordinate landscape and maintenance efforts, oversee architectural standards, and ensure that all residents enjoy a consistent level of excellence throughout the community. Our mission is to preserve property values, promote safety and unity, and provide services that make Coral Creek one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Coral Springs.
